Skimos Coffee Shop in Henderson, NV is looking for one food prep to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 1533 W Sunset Rd A2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Weigh and measure ingredients to be used

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH position
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
