What You Must Have
- Bachelor\s Degree
- 8 years of experience
- One or more of the following credentials or certifications: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA or Masters degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; or applicable appraiser licenses or professional certifications (e.g., CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP).
What Sets You Apart
- Master\s Degree in related fields preferred (Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
- Advising clients on complex financial structures; performing valuation analysis of financial instruments; assessing valuation soundness; creating/reviewing independent financial models.
- Developing and utilizing complex financial models; utilizing industry software (e.g., INETX, TREPP, Bloomberg).
- Applying accounting treatments of financial products and communicating effectively in a professional services environment.
Additional Information
Salary range: $134,000 - $410,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
