Financial Markets & Real Estate - Transactions, Director at PwC, Boston, MA. This role sits within the Financial Markets Business Advisory team and focuses on advising clients on complex financial structures and securitizations, leading business development, and managing executive-level client relations.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor\s Degree
  • 8 years of experience
  • One or more of the following credentials or certifications: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA or Masters degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; or applicable appraiser licenses or professional certifications (e.g., CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP).
What Sets You Apart
  • Master\s Degree in related fields preferred (Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
  • Advising clients on complex financial structures; performing valuation analysis of financial instruments; assessing valuation soundness; creating/reviewing independent financial models.
  • Developing and utilizing complex financial models; utilizing industry software (e.g., INETX, TREPP, Bloomberg).
  • Applying accounting treatments of financial products and communicating effectively in a professional services environment.
Additional Information

Salary range: $134,000 - $410,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
