Function

• Responsible for establishing value-added relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and to offer solutions for those needs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Responsible for managing the HNB Financial Services area including the direct supervision of HNB Financial Services personnel.
• Engage in relationship management activities so that relationships are nurtured and expanded, additional needs are met, and friends and relatives are freely referred.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent; must possess a FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63 & 65 or 66; Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license; must satisfy background check that includes satisfactory FINRA record.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' previous securities experience.

Skills

Proficient keyboarding and PC skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and organized work habits.

Hours

The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
