We are looking for an organized and efficient individual to assist with field-related clerical duties at our Athens, TX, area pipeline work.
Responsibilities
- Clerical work with field tasks including: field layout, delivery coordination, operational assistance
- Duties include: logging receipts, ticket collection, material logging, and matching necessary paperwork with invoices into the PM system
- Commuting or relocating to Athens, TX and surrounding area
- Adhering to all safety protocols of hard hat, outside, terrain field work
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft software elements
- Able to learn surveying equipment and associated tasks
- Able to learn Accounting/Project Management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
