We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and a strong ability to work with hand tools. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of fencing structures, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Duties

• Assemble and install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link, aluminum, etc.
• Perform concrete forming for fence posts and footings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, measuring, and fitting materials.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to enhance aesthetics.
• Execute masonry work as needed for fence installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols while working on-site.

Skills

• Proficiency in hardscape installation techniques.
• Strong carpentry skills with experience in frame carpentry.
• Ability to weld metal components when required for specific fence types.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience in masonry work is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Must have your own reliable transportation. Expected to be at work on time daily.

We start our work day at 6AM Monday through Friday. Some weekends are required as needed. Our work days are 10-12 hours long. We provide training for all types of installation, but experience is always a plus.
