Position Details:
- Monday through Friday schedule with 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours per week
- Outpatient position
- Must be board certified
- See 18 - 22 patients per day
- $30k sign-on bonus
- Benefits include 401(k) with 6% match, $10k relocation assistance, and a $3k CME stipend

Salary range: from $274,585.00 to $274,585.00 annually.
