We are seeking an experienced Senior. Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief People Officer
  • Coordinate, manage, and oversee all aspects of global travel for the CPO including flights, cars, hotels, agendas, and any other logistics
  • Proactively manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar-prioritizing time with intention and clarity while managing multi-time zones
  • Use strong judgement, timing, and situational awareness to ensure the CPOs time, attention, and priorities are optimally managed and aligned with the organizations most critical needs
  • Prepare, process and submit CPO expense reports
  • Prepare briefing materials, pre-reads, and communications for internal meetings, external engagements, and executive forums
  • Coordinate onsite logistics for all meetings, and provide in-office support to the CPO on an as-needed basis
  • Partner with global events, procurement, government affairs, IT, and security teams
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality around all matters
  • Create and maintain shared assets (e.g. contact lists)
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to support team operations, communications, and events

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Experience in booking complex, global travel
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior executives and external business contacts
  • Maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask utilizing effective time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a global public company preferred

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $135,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
