Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the environmental compliance programs including all regulatory permits.
Manage and maintain the PSM (knowledge of), SWPP, SPCC, wastewater, and Air permitting regulatory programs.
Monitor and analyze environmental data and trends to present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation reports.
Prepare, review, and submit annual compliance reports (Tier II, Title V Air, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure environmental compliance across all company activities.
Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to address environmental concerns and ensure adherence to environmental law and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related technical field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in environmental engineering or related role.
Working knowledge of PSM, SWPP, SPCC, wastewater, and Air permitting.
Experience managing environmental compliance tasks.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office computer software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
