As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll help bring top-tier brands to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event marketing :
Coordinate and execute live events , in-store promotions , and community outreach campaigns
Represent major brands at retail locations, pop-up activations , and local events
Engage customers directly to promote products, answer questions, and generate leads
Assist with customer acquisition , brand awareness, and retention strategies
Work closely with your team to meet sales targets and optimize campaign success
Attend regular sales and marketing training sessions to enhance skills and confidence
Collect and report customer insights to improve campaign strategies
Local candidates preferred — immediate availability is a plus
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Strong communication skills and a naturally outgoing personality
Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with the public

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
