ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential electrical contractor client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, Texas.
Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, TX is between $35-$55/hr

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
- Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
- Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
- Develop and update the project schedule
- Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
- Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
- Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
- Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces
- Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
- Maintain accurate cost reports
- Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:
- Strong employment stability
- Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully.
- 5+ years as a superintendent running commercial, medical & light industrial projects.
- Experience managing labor and installation crews of 20+ Electricians
- Experience managing projects from $100k-$15M
- Business acumen, judgment, communication, solid leadership, client relations & negotiations
- Journeymans Card - preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- College Degree Preferred, not mandatory
