Summary:

This role supports manufacturing operations by performing electrical maintenance with a focus on reliability and preventive care of production machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, completing preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The position also involves training junior technicians, recommending process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Candidates will work on the 3rd shift (11 pm – 7 am) and must complete an online skills assessment to determine pay level.

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using shop equipment, power tools, precision measuring devices, and CMMS.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and completion of certification testing.
