As International Justice Mission (IJM) builds a high-performing global marketing function, we are seeking a strategic and operational leader to serve as our Senior Director, Global Insights & Strategy. This role sits at the core of how we make decisions, scale strategy, and turn insight into impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will lead the marketing function's insight-to-activation disciplineincluding global segmentation, trend forecasting, journey mapping, and service blueprint development. In addition, this role will steward how we operate: building and maintaining best-in-class project and workflow management systems to accelerate our mission at scale.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and collaborative operator who can translate complexity into clarityensuring that our marketing strategies are data-informed, audience-centered, and executable across global teams. They will be responsible for not just shaping strategies but enabling their implementationdriving alignment across departments and elevating our strategic execution globally.
This position is located in the Washington, DC area. It reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
