Job Description
Construction company, with large fleet, looking for experienced heavy equipment mechanic, Lead Mechanic, Fleet Manager to service and repair equipment in the field.
Applicant must:
Have 10 years experience working with heavy equipment.
Certificate or associate degree in diesel mechanics.
Have deep understanding of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems and hydraulic systems.
Able to diagnose, disassemble and rebuild engines.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong communication skills.
Must be organized and able to maintain accurate records and manage equipment fleet services and repairs.
Able to prioritize and keep on schedule with with services and repairs.
Be able to perform heavy lifting and be physically able to perform manual labor.
Have basic equipment operating skills.
Be self disciplined, and highly responsible.
Able to delegate task and manage other Technicians.
Willing to travel 4+ days a week.
Have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Full time Job Monday-Friday
