Responsibilities include:

• Supporting conference and event management activities, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event activities
• Utilizing tools such as ETMS2 and AMHS for workflow management
• Reporting and analysis of project progress using COLS and METL reports
• Stakeholder coordination among various military and government entities
• Reviewing and recommending updates to policies and directives

Qualifications:

• Experience in conference and event management
• Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to review policies and recommend updates

The salary range is $105,000 - $114,000 annually, based on experience and location. Significance offers a comprehensive benefits package. We are an E-Verify employer.
