We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's digital infrastructure by implementing and managing advanced security tools and technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems and contribute to the development of a robust security framework.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, configure, and optimize security tools including DataDog, Crowdstrike, and Palo Alto Firewalls to ensure the organization’s systems remain secure.

• Manage and maintain Cisco network security solutions, including ASA configurations.

• Strengthen identity and access management by administering Active Directory and Azure environments.

• Oversee the security of cloud-based services, including Exchange Online and Mimecast.

• Implement and enforce security protocols for Zscaler to protect against external threats.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards.

• Respond to security incidents promptly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain documentation for security procedures, configurations, and policies.

• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend proactive measures to address them.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on systems and network security.
• Proficiency in using security tools such as DataDog, Crowdstrike, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ASA and other firewall technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience working with cloud security tools, including Exchange Online, Mimecast, and Zscaler.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and tools.
• Ability to conduct thorough security assessments and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to security incidents.
