North Austin, TX looking for a Customer Service Representative who is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to provide exceptional support throughout the ordering process.
Contact-to-hire $25/hr
Hybrid- 2 Days In Office/3 Remote
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Desired:
- Experience in a high-tech industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with contract management processes
