Corporate Paralegal $80,000 - $125,000 | 5 days a week in office | San Diego

As a Corporate Paralegal you will help the GC with all Corporate legal activities. This will include SEC filings, corporate governance, IP/Trademark activities amongst others

The Ideal Candidate Would Bring:

• 3+ years of professional experience in public company or at law firm with public clients
• Dynamic personality with a can do attitude
• Willingness to grow and develop within the team
