Our client, a service company in Harford County, MD, is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their senior management team. The incumbent will report to senior management and act as the subject matter expert in real estate, contracts and employment law.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management
- Draft review and manage contracts
- Negotiate favorable terms
- Review real estate transactions
- Advise on employment matters
Qualifications
- Five years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Member of a state bar
- Knowledgeable in the areas or real estate, contracts and employment law
