Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator looking for a great opportunity with a great company? Our client located in Haverhill, MA is growing and adding a 2nd shift to their team. We have (3) Immediate CNC Machine Operator opportunities available!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay: $25.50-$30.00/hour
Location: Haverhill, MA

What You'll Be Doing
· Set up and operate CNC lathes according to technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
· Install and select appropriate tooling, chucks, collets, and fixtures.
· Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling offsets during production to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machining and tooling.
· Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety standards.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

· Expertise in CNC turning operations and tooling selection.
· Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
· Ability to independently diagnose and resolve machining issues.
· High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality parts.
· Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills.
· Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience operating and setting up CNC lathes.
· Familiarity with machining plastic and aluminum materials.
· Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Physical Requirements
· Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours.
· Lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly.
· Manual dexterity for handling parts and tools.
· Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, shoes, hearing protection).
· Work in environments with moderate noise, temperature variation, and exposure to machining oils.
