We are looking for Full Time Nurse Clinical Educator to join our team ! This position would travel to all FCI locations; Hinsdale, Warrenville, Hoffman Estates, Glenview, River North, Vernon Hills, and Mokena.
Hours: M-F day time hours
This position is responsible for providing patient focused surgical care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to , the following:
• Must be proficient in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) nursing.
• Thorough and accurate training of newly-hired nurses and medical assistants.
• Knowledge of, and compliance with, FCI standards, policies and procedures.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Actively role model and coach the behaviors associated with integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and
excellence.
• Maintain mature, professional, and effective working relationships with FCI physicians, all levels of FCI management
and staff, and outside customers.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, and accountability.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a respectful demeanor, and a positive approach.
• Maintain personal knowledge of FCI policies, procedures, goals and initiatives.
• Assume other responsibilities, aside from those outlined in this job description, as deemed necessary and
appropriate by Physicians, Executive Director, and/or Director of Medical Affairs.
Requirements:
• BSN or higher strongly preferred
• Five years’ nursing experience preferred
