Our company is seeking an experienced and reliable CDL driver to join our team.
We are a well-established scrap metal recycling company with a history of over 75 years of operation.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials to various locations.
Responsibilities: - Transport containers and materials to designated locations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as loading and unloading, as needed
- Communicate with and assist customers as needed
Requirements:
- Valid CDL license
- Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small but mighty team
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Communication with customers and team members to ensure effective coordination of daily operations
