About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial leadership of the organization. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving financial performance, guiding capital markets strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. This includes overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as leading M&A integration in the context of global expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a public company, with experience in scaling businesses and leading M&A and capital markets transactions. The successful CFO will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team, and will be expected to maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial partners. A deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate governance is essential, as is the ability to build and manage a high-performing finance organization. The role requires a leader with strong communication and team-building skills, who can drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the platform. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred.
