About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key strategic financial leader, responsible for partnering with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This role involves leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, driving financial modeling and analysis to support product development and market expansion, and ensuring financial operations and reporting are in line with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment, deep expertise in PLG and freemium business models, and experience in scaling finance operations and building high-performing teams. As the CFO, you will also be tasked with monitoring key SaaS and PLG performance indicators, developing financial models for unit economics, and creating executive dashboards for real-time business performance visibility. Team leadership and development are crucial, as is the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. While not mandatory, experience in link management, digital marketing, or martech, as well as international finance and knowledge of data privacy regulations, are considered advantageous. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with operational excellence, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and ready to make a direct impact on the company's growth and customer success.
