Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the CDL Driver will the safely and efficiently operation of yard truck and chassis/trailer combination and may include driving a roll-off truck to various locations, as well as on-site operations throughout the Transfer Station campus. Responsibilities: Operate equipment/trucks in a safe manner following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations. Drive commercial vehicle to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely primarily on campus. Qualifications: GED/HS Diploma preferred; Reworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED. CDL A required. Minimum 1 year experience with reticulated (Tractor and Trailer) vehicles. Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb. Ability to lift/carry 50lbs. Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces. Qualify to wear a full-face respirator. Consistently work in various weather conditions.
