What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements
2. Facilitate the design of integrated solutions, including process, technical, and organizational aspects
3. Ensure end-to-end solutions deliver the required business results
4. Communicate effectively with business SMEs to align expectations with project status
5. Develop, monitor, and track plans to create BA deliverables on assigned projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Proven experience with UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO)
2. Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery methodologies
3. Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for documenting stories, features, and requirements
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in leading the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements
2. Familiarity with creating process maps and data flow diagrams
