Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst IV Location: Salem, OR/Hybrid Candidate must be within 30 miles Work can be done mostly remote but will have meetings at the office location. Duration: 6+ Months RFP Development/Vendor Solution Evaluation: - Support development of RFP and scoring criteria
- Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost).
- Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Document findings and provide recommendations.
Project Coordination: - Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goals
- Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items
- Facilitate meetings as needed.
Support SaaS Implementation: - Support configuration of solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations.
- Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Support sprint sessions and releases
- Validate RTM against deployed sprints.
Testing & Quality Assurance: - Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity during migration processes.
Documentation & Training: - Prepare and maintain project and training documentation.
Additional Support: - Provide support for other projects as required
