Were looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Brand Representative to be the face of Lumen in retail stores. Youll be interacting with store staff, doing demo / sampling events, requesting additional shelf space / placements, and collecting reorders. The bulk of the role will be focused on store demos / sampling events. Generally, youll host 7 in-store demos per week, creating brand excitement, and ensuring stores are fully stocked and reordering regularly. This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about health and wellness, loves connecting with people, and knows how to drive product sell-through. What Youll Do: Set up engaging, on-brand demo tables for 3-hour shifts at assigned retail locations. Actively engage shoppers to educate them on the benefits of Lumens products and convert to purchase. Confirm store inventory prior to demos and ensure product is on the floor and visible. Communicate with store staff to ensure reorders are placed and stock levels stay healthy. Advocate for and secure additional shelf space and/or additional placements within stores for our products Track and report sales numbers, customer feedback, and demo highlights after each shift. Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity. What Youll Need: Strong people skills and natural sales ability youre not shy about pitching a great product. A reliable vehicle to transport demo materials and travel to stores. Space to store a small amount of demo product at your residence Organizational skills to manage your weekly schedule and demo materials. Confidence in speaking about wellness, fitness, or nutrition products. Previous demo, retail, or brand ambassador experience is a plus. A personal vehicle is required. The two partnered with a farm in Oregon where theyd work overnight harvesting and washing ingredients for their drinks, sleeping in the barn during the day to be out of the way of the normal farm crew while they worked. Yasir and Kris drove the fresh ingredients to a friends juice shop in California where, overnight again, they would make juice. Everything was bottled, capped, and labeled by hand. Those first drinks were sold by dragging coolers to small shops, yoga studios, and gyms to sell each case one at a time.
