Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our insurance office team. This role involves providing outstanding customer service and supporting sales efforts by assisting clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, capable of handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, and identifying sales opportunities to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and billing.
- Assist customers with claims processing, policy updates, and renewals.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities by educating clients on additional insurance products and services that meet their needs.
- Process new insurance applications and assist with policy changes.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet department goals and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
