What We’re Offering:

• Total 1st Year Earning Potential: $94,000, including bonuses!
• Base Salary: $78,000 to $84,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.
• Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonuses (over $35,000 in your first three years)!
• Hybrid Role: 50% in-person supervision and 50% telehealth.

Initial Onboarding Support:

• Comprehensive Training: 60+ hours of training in your first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, and more.
• Ongoing Education: Monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.
• Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually, including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO starting from Day 1.
• Flexible Schedule: Work from home options with Monday to Friday flexibility, and no Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by Example: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with reliability and fidelity.
• Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
• Embrace Challenges: Stay calm and professional in difficult situations, adapting with flexibility and seeking growth opportunities.
• Lead with Initiative: Communicate proactively and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in Connecticut from the Department of Public Health.
• This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam, which we will cover.
