Job Description
The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently, managing routine and complex patient care while developing long-term plans and handling contingencies.
- Provides nursing care based on the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—meeting competency expectations.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, adapting care accordingly.
- Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
- Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources and issues.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid RN license, and BLS certification.]]>
