• Back office/clinical experience requires at least 3 years
• Must have good computer experience
• Mod Med EMR experience a plus
• Excellent communication and verbal skills with physicians, patients, and staff
• Must enjoy working with patients
• Must be flexible and reliable in regard to schedule and travel
• Bilingual a plus
• Orthopedic experience a plus but not required

Other requirements:

• Good organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and work well with others
• Must take constructive criticism
