\n - Assist Live Haul Manager in day-to-day management of operations.
\n - Train employees, ensuring Animal Welfare Policies are enforced.
\n - Assist in supervising live haul drivers, ensuring safe driving practices.
\n - Ensure team members and drivers adhere to company safety policies and practices.
\n - Monitor PM Program.
\n - Assist in training drivers, monitoring driver hours, and ensuring DOT compliance.
\n - Monitor and administer Drive-Cam System.
\n - Respond to farm catching and hauling issues and accidents.
\n - Other relevant duties as assigned. indhp
\n
\n - High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Animal or Poultry Science or other related area of study preferred.
\n - Excellent technology, computer, math and analytical skills.
\n - 3+ years supervisory experience required.
\n - Current CDL, or ability to obtain license within 1 year required.
