The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking an Art Director to oversee the creation of all assets across digital and physical marketing channels. This role is responsible for leading photography conception and execution, design, and copy direction for every marketing asset to be used to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creation of all photography, copy, and design assets used across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail channels to support business needs and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, photo producers, and copywriters as well as the contract photography team on shoots.
• Direct and oversee marketing, product, and lookbook shoots, from concept through post-production.
• Lead casting, styling, location, set design, and final shot selection to reflect brand vision and asset/marketing campaign objectives.
• Lead the creative execution of seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, lookbooks, emails, digital assets, social, retail signage, packaging, and other digital and physical assets as needed.
• Oversee production timelines and ensure delivery of all creative assets on schedule and on brand.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of art direction experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• A deep understanding of brand storytelling, with proven ability to translate strategy into compelling creative.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and inspiring creative talent.
• Strong grasp of photography, video, design, and copy, plus the ability to elevate each discipline.
• A collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  

Compensation

Salary Range of $150,000-$160,000
