***Minimum 5 years of experience***

Experience with:

-5-axis CNC machining in aerospace applications.

-Machining of exotic nickel-based alloys and titanium.

-Fixture/tooling design and manufacturing

-Precision and tight tolerances down to ±.0002.

-First article inspection including familiarity with gaging and various inspection methods.

-Process planning from forging to finish product.

-Programing Mazak Variaxis 730/i800's and Mazak Integrex 400 milling and proficient knowledge of the equipment.

-5 years minimum experience using Mastercam.

-Knowledge of machining parts up to 40 inches in diameter.
